Our Policies

DEPOSITS & PAYMENTS

• All payments must be made using PayPal or through this website.
• Full payment is required to commence the project; 50% down-payments may be considered if asked.
• All payments are NON-REFUNDABLE, including deposits. Only in the case that By Aidl decides to discontinue a project due to personal reasons will a refund be issued.
• Remaining balances must be paid before final files can be given; if a customer does not pay their balance, they will not receive their project until it is paid.

REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS

Refunds are never issued, under any circumstances. There are no refunds for any projects.

• Please get in touch with By Aidl as soon as you can if you need to cancel a project for whatever reason. It should be noted that if you decide to cancel your project, you won't receive a refund; instead, you'll need to pay in full again if you want to schedule the service again.

• If a customer proves to be difficult to work with, By Aidl reserves the right to cancel any ongoing projects with that customer and give a refund.

• If the client has not reacted to documents (such as contracts, surveys, etc.) given over to start a project within 7 days, the project will be canceled and refunded due to a lack of contact.

TURNAROUND TIMES

The start of a project's turnaround time is calculated from the date that is entered through the client portal, rather than the specific day that it was scheduled.

This means that even if a project is booked for a later date, the turnaround time would begin from the date provided. 

Weekends and holidays are not included in turnaround times, which only apply to weekdays.

In the event that clients have not provided the necessary information to initiate/progress/conclude projects, turnaround times may be extended. Please allow within 12-24 hours to get a response back from us.
